High-waisted dress with flutter sleeves and poppers down the back bodice.

The royal blue fabric has a design of bright pink, purple, yellow, green, and orange patterned flip flops. The bodice and flutters are lined with toning polycotton.

The pattern placement will be different on any dress ordered - to give an idea of the size of the flip flops, the dress in the 1st photo is age 4, the one in the 2nd photo is age 18 mth.
