Dress with flutter sleeves and back bodice opening with poppers. The fabric is midnight blue with a design of colourful owls, shooting stars, and the words "Never stop looking up". The bodice and flutter lining is bright yellow polycotton.
Made to fit a child of height 98 cm, chest 55 cm.
Finished length is 53 cm from nape of neck to hem.
